Market Monday 04.10.2023

Wow another Monday that crept up on us! I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend and was able to spend some quality time with loved ones! We sure did!
This week produced 21 over asking sales out of the 123 properties that sold across Simcoe County. That’s a decline from the trend we saw the last 4 weeks – but this could be due to the short week from the holiday. I am curious to see what will happen this week but for some it is also a short week so we shall see!
Collingwood made the over asking list this week! With one sale going $10,100 over asking for a town house. Barrie seems to be keeping its pace with 13 over asking.
