A few ebbs and flows this week in the numbers. We saw an increase in listings the past 7 days as people came out of the March Break. The average sold price came up approx. 80k

22 properties sold over asking this week in Simcoe County… no big whoopers like last week .. the range this week was as low as $100 over the asking to as high as $90,000 over asking.

Next week I’ll do a more in depth review of the data collected and report my findings. But for now I will leave you with this … The market seems to be moving along with 2.7 months of inventory, which means it’s a Sellers market but could be tilted into the balanced zone if more inventory continues to come on.
